We, as women, are often taught to be at war with our bodies, our souls & our intuition.

our conviction.

The patterns of separation and war need to be interrupted so we can pause and return to the truth of our stories, offer nourishment to our bodies, and receive intentional ritual and care. These interruptions allow us to connect with other wise and curious women that teach us about what we've lost or has been stolen and, together, we find reclamation.

At Sacred Interruption, this is the heart of what we do.

  • Story

With the care of a wise and compassionate guide, we engage stories from our past–pivotal moments where we felt stifled or tamed as well as moments when we embraced our wild selves. Through these stories, each participant grows reacquainted with her own glory.

  • ritual

We curate rituals to reconnect to our bodies, cultivate community, and slow our spirits down from the frenetic pace of the world. Each ritual is crafted with care and sacred to the event you attend–an artifact for you to carry forward.

  • wisdom

Together, our facilitators craft teachings that pull from ancient tradition, sacred texts, and their own practice to reconnect each participant with herself and the larger divine narrative in which she plays a part.

  • The table

We believe in the expansive beauty of the table, where all are welcome, friendships are born, and bodies are nourished. Through exquisite food and conversation, each of our in-person events includes the sharing of meals and building of bonds around the dinner table.

I’m looking for financial help attending a Sacred Interruption Event.

The intentionality behind our events is never intended to make them cost prohibitive, and we would love to learn a bit more about your situation to see what we can do to help.
