    Cathy received her MA in Counseling Psychology in 2007 and is the Co-Founder of The Allender Center at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and co-author of Redeeming Heartache: How Past Suffering Reveals Your True Calling.

    She has spent the last 15 years developing the theory and methodology of a popular new coaching and therapeutic approach called Story Work that moves people through their past stories of heartache to heal and discover healthier ways of being in the world. 

    She is a storywork coach, popular speaker, writer and consultant based out of Seattle, WA where she lives with her husband, 2 little boys, 2 big dogs and 7 chickens on their urban farm.

    Christy is a therapist, professor and author who has specialized in Christian women’s sexual and spiritual health for over 20 years. Her passion is to help women find their voice. Creator of Womaneering, she offers spaces where women can discover self-identity, sexual healing and hope.

    Christy believes that since the beginning of time, women have led the effort of finding their voices within acres of wilderness.

    Mother of four, wife, sister, friend, she lives from a place of deep embodiment and embrace of the feminine as sacred and holy.

    ARTIST, THERAPIST, RITUAL MAKER

    Heather is an artist, licensed mental health therapist and ritual maker. She uses her art and therapeutic background to create and guide people into rituals. She believes rituals help people become more present and attuned to their lives.

    The heartbeat of Heather’s work is weaving together the heart and soul with the body in her practice, art and rituals.

    She lives in New York with her lovely husband Jay and their wild, sweet kids, Amos and Iona.

    Tracy has been tending to stories of trauma for over two decades. She has traveled the world sitting with women and offering care. Currently she oversees a team of storywork coaches at ReStory Counseling, and she is also the Founder of Red Tent Living.

    She believes in liminal faith and that shalom is the place where every story belongs.

    Mother of four daughters, and one son, she is a fierce enneagram eight full of protecting mama-bear energy for those she holds dear. She is part counselor, part mystic, part cantadora and a deep believer in the power of the gospel and the presence of Jesus.
