Creativity is an essential part of our nature—the spirit within us, uniquely woven into who we are as we move through the world. Our creative expression and perspective bear the image of God, and the more we align with our creative spirit, the more goodness and beauty we bring into the world. Yet, layers of self-doubt, perfectionism, and past wounds often hold us back from fully expressing ourselves. This immersive retreat invites you to uncover the stories that have stifled your creativity, experience healing, and rediscover true expression and passion.
Through guided story work, reflective writing, embodied and creative experiences, and communal sharing, you will:
Explore the narratives that have defined you—both the ones you inherited and the ones you long to tell.
Engage in creative practices that awaken your imagination and call you to a deeper creative life.
Uncover and release limiting beliefs that have stifled your creative expression.
Reclaim creativity as an act of defiance and delight, moving beyond fear and into freedom.
Set in the heart of NYC, we'll use the city's creative energy and its offerings - museums, shows, food, and much more - to explore what it means to connect with and beckon your creative spirit. This retreat is for artists, writers, and seekers of creativity.
You'll leave with a deeper connection to your creative expression, your story, and how you long to live.
Registration includes:
All retreat materials
Light breakfast each morning
Two dinners
One Broadway show
One Creative Experience (kitsugi, calligraphy, pottery, etc.)
Curated experiences in NYC
Five small group sessions plus additional teaching from Heather and Tracy
Lodging is not included. A list of recommended hotels will be sent with your preparation packet.
