Sacred Interruption Spring Online Workshop
May 17, 2025
10am-12pm EST
Held Online
Spring is about wildness, and the chaotic energy tied to "coming back to” and birthing new life. It can require a lot to wake up after the sleep of winter. This workshop will provide a time to rest, renew, and connect as we seek to recover and revive body, heart, and soul. We will join the rhythms and themes of Spring: new life and growth, necessary pruning, opening towards the light, and revealing our particular glory.
In order to move ourselves into that vernal, open posture, we return to the stories where we were harmed in the process of growing, opening, and revealing who we are. Maybe we were “pruned” into a preferred shape by our mothers or fathers, rather than pruned for the sake of more life and beauty. Maybe, as we revealed parts of our glory, we were shunned or hated, thus revealing our glory is a dangerous thing, rather than something to celebrate. Or maybe we were never connected to the life that courses through us and so we walk around small and uncertain, rather than knowing our glorious imprint and impact in this life. These stories, while heartbreaking and ridden with shame, can reveal something precious and wild about who we are. These stories are our cairns, signs marking the path back to our body, heart, and soul.
Paid registrants will receive a link via email to join the workshop prior to the event date. You will also receive a recording of the event afterwards.
